Rich has been an ecologist for over six years and joined the RSK Wilding team in 2021, sharing the team’s enthusiasm for nature and wanting to influence positive change in the current biodiversity crisis. He spends his time undertaking habitat surveys and providing advice to landowners and business on how to maximise biodiversity on their land through habitat intervention. He has a background in entomology, which influences his recommendations in considering microhabitat provision as a means of improving opportunities for species diversity.
