Tim has been working within ecology and nature conservation over the last twenty years. He joined the RSK Wilding team in October 2022, having most recently been at the Office for Environmental Protection. Before that he spent 13 years within the Wildlife Trust movement including over 5 years as CEO. Much like in his youth, Tim enjoys going through phases, as a plant ecologist or moving on to interests in mammals and herptiles. He has always been inspired by ecological restoration. Now more than ever, he is motivated to be pushing forward the delivery of work for nature’s recovery. He is excited to be part of the Wilding team and bringing experience of large-scale nature recovery plans, strategy, partnership working, new financial and funding mechanisms, and innovative solutions to our work. Tim also loves adders, the North, and banoffee pie.
